I made baby cheesecakes for Lisa's bridal shower. They were the nilla wafer recipe, but the nilla wafers were too big, so I crushed them an dput crumbs in the bottom. Then I practiced my long-time-in-hiding cake decorating techniques to put small yellow roses on them (yellow was the main color in Lisa's wedding). I got a small muffin pan to be able to make these!

How beautiful! I've taken several cake decorating classes, but I've never thought of using my skills on mini cheesecakes. Now I must steal your idea. :)
