Very pretty. How did you take this picture?

I sat in my vanity desk in the master bedroom closet and set up my camera on top of mary kay boxes and then used the 2 second timer to get my hands back in place :D it took quite a few shots to get one I liked, but that's the fun of digital cameras.

Hi there! I was just surfing around and found this post. I am just learning to knit as well. I have been doing crochet for YRS but am a knitting newbie. I should try some socks. Are they hard?

Socks are not as hard as I thought they'd be, actually! I had only done scarfs and potholders and little stuff like that before I tried my first pair of socks. I did have to rip out a few sections and start again, but that's all part of learning, right? :) I'd suggest doing a heavier weight of yarn like worsted or sport weight, just so that it's a little easier for your first try.
