I saw an ad for this on a recipe site, and it totally caught my eye.

I mean, hello, we went to the Tillamook factory on our honeymoon and twice again since. :D It's my fav cheese to eat, too.

Now my mac and cheese isn't super fancy, so I wouldn't win, but I love that they have recipes from previous winners on the site. What a fun contest idea :)

i absolutely love mac and cheese. i made a Cooking Light mac and cheese recipe last week and it was good, but it just wasn't the same.

Please post the contest winner's recipe if you think of it. I too am a mac and cheese fanatic and am always looking for new spins on the comfort classic.

Right on. I've eaten mac and cheese once a week for almost the last twenty years. (I wonder if I should admit that in public?)

I love mac and cheese. My favorite bar, which is actually a nice jazz restaurant/bar, serves a chevre macaroni & cheese with prosciutto that is to die for. It's only $5 a bowl too, so it's a bargin.
