I like this oatmeal too, and find that it keeps me filled longer on the days I get called in to work. I even wrote an article on it.

Anything that is high in fiber is a great way to start the day. I like Kashi's Heart to Heart cereal or Raisin Bran best as far as cold cereals go. Grape Nuts and Frosted Mini Wheats are also high in fiber. My sister really likes Total.

If you have a bit of time, an egg white omlette with fresh veggies is also a great start to the day - top with a bit of salsa. Yum!


Ugh. I have such a hard time with breakfast too. Since our schedule is not the usual 9 - 5, type thing (hubby works 2nd shift) we normally do something brunch style during the week. This sometimes takes care of leftovers etc.
N, I really enjoyed your article on this, I'm glad you like this oatmeal as much as me! :) I alternate with cherrios some days and try and add fruit like fresh slices of banana or frozen blueberries (they freeze when they hit the milk and it's yummy). But the oatmeal definately seems better to me, at least while it's still new. :)
