thunder and lightning oh my!

The last little bit, it's been raining hard.  I got out of the shower and noticed it was hailing.  Then I was sitting there putting stuff in my hair and all of a sudden, there was a big flash of lightening, followed not more than 2 seconds behind by a HUGE roll of thunder and the power went out for a few seconds.  I jumped out of my seat and ran to the middle of the house because I wasn't far from a window and it scared me!

It's still raining and thundering but seems to be slowing down.  I finally dared to go back to the window to see, I was almost convinced something was struck by lightening but I don't see anything.  Wow, that was freaky.

Of course, the power went out just long enough to take the computers with it.  Sure hope I had nothing open on my mac that I wanted :D (laptop has batteries, no problem there)

It hasn't rained for a while, I guess that it decided to do it really well now that it did it!
