Tomates

From last nights sauce experiment - seeded tomatoes waiting to be chopped and cooked. It's amazing how many it takes to cook down into sauce. Turns out, I overcompemsated for the acidity and made it too sweet. But still a good first try!

Portland peppers

We visited the Portland farmers market for the first time today - we usually go to the Vancouver one - and there were a lot of fun things there. One of the coolest things I hadn't seen before was purple peppers. We got one to try it.
