We watched all of the episodes and then went back and watched the commentary for each. There are some of my favorite episodes of the show here, like the "Roswell that ends well" :)
We went to see this in the theater today. I've been excited about this one since we first saw the preview; definitely my kind of movie. Loved Shia LaBouf, and the whole cast was great. The action was fab, the music really added nicely, and the ending made me happy. A couple of other movie comparisons were easy to make (especially after watching so much Terminator lately) but there was enough unique that I enjoyed it. It was also a pleasant surprise to see some of the actors I hadn't expected to see - Rosario Dawson, William Sadler, Ethan Embry. Great movie, I hope to own it when it comes out.
I watched some of this series when it was on originally, and then again on TNT in reruns. It's been a few years, and so E and I decided to check it out again. The discs were spaced out a little bit funny (4 eps, then 2 eps, repeat repeat!). I love seeing how this started, there is so much great history for both Jarod and Miss Parker all the way through, and learning about SL27. E noticed that he didn't enjoy the formula that most of the episodes follow, but I reminded him that its less as we move through the series. After a bit of a break, we'll move on to the second season :)
We found this on VHS at a book sale for $1. Can't pass that up, it's one of my all-time favorite movies. I informed E as we were watching it again that I thought that Joss had written all the funny lines in this movie, and then proved it on wikipedia :) We recognized several actors from other places (Cappy from Executive Decision, although E remembered him from T2 as Dyson; an elevator rider that was on Bones *and* Angel; and Alan Rudd) It was fun to rewatch this and I'm glad it's in my collection now. My heart melts the first time when he reaches over the steering wheel to help her steer. And it just grows from there, what can I say, I'm a sap!

We watched this season intermixed with Angel season 1. This isn't my favorite season, but there were a lot of great episodes. One of my favorites is actually when Faith returned, and watching Eliza play Buffy and Sarah play Faith shows the wonderful acting talent they have. I actually enjoyed Riley this season, even though he's no Angel. The initiative is interesting, Hush and Restless are good eps even though they aren't my fav, and I love what we did get out of the time Seth Green had. It makes me very excited for season 5!

This is my favorite complete season, although I have other favorite storyline arcs or episodes throughout the series. 3rd season was the first season I watched live on TV, and it was while E and I were first dating, and I had my own apartment. He'd come and visit me some weekends, and I'd get him all caught up. I showed some to Rina when she visited, getting her a little hooked too :) This season introduces Faith. And the Mayor. And Anya. And so much more. The Wish/Doppelgangland are awesome, and Band Candy makes me laugh so much. Zeppo is also hilarious and funnily tragic. And then the whole end-of-season arc with the Mayor and Graduation is fabulously done. I just can't say enough good things about this season. March 16 is when we finished re-watching all the eps, the commentaries, and special features.
When I was in college, my roommate had a CD with the songs. So I had many of them easily stuck in my head for a long time. Then after watching Timeline and other things, I was excited to see Gerard Butler playing the Phantom. This was a great movie, I really enjoyed learning how the songs went together after only hearing the soundtrack. The costumes and sets were gorgeous. And hearing the actors sing was great. I'd watch it again!
